Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Bosun for a 50m New Build
The ideal candidate is a hands-on, experienced Bosun working towards their OOW. Before delivery of the vessel you’ll be assisting Chief Officer in setting up the deck department. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new build vessel.
Requirements + Responsibilities
- Yacht Master Offshore certification
- Experience in large tender driving & towing operations
- Watch keeping experience preferred
- Confident in the overall running of the deck department
- Oversee all deck operations, including tender driving & guest services
- Great organisation skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proactive mindset
Start date: Mid-June
Location: Italy
Salary: EUR 4500
Leave: 42 days
Program & Itinerary- New build- Dual Season -Private with plans to turn charter 2026.
