Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Temp Watersports instructor/Security guard for an 85m yacht
This unique role involves accompanying and supervising five guests (aged 13–18) during daytime watersports sessions and evening excursions ashore (including shopping, meals, and activities). The ideal candidate will be confident, calm, and capable both on the water and in a discreet security capacity.
Key Responsibilities and requirements
· Supervise and ensure the safety of guests during all watersports and daily activities onboard.
· Escort and safeguard the group during evening outings and onshore excursions.
· Lead and assist with various watersports: Jet skis, Jet boats, Kayaks, Paddle Boards, Windsurfers, etc.
· Maintain a professional, courteous, and discreet presence at all times.
· Security qualifications/training not essential – a police or military background is highly desirable.
· Qualified watersports instructor with hands-on experience in a broad range of water activities.
· Fluent English speaker with excellent interpersonal skills.
· Discreet, polite, and respectful—able to work around high-profile guests with professionalism.
· Schedule will be 10:00-16:00 and possibly in the evening as well.

Salary: TBC
