Summary
Burgess recruitment is urgently seeking a Deckhand for a 40m+ charter yacht
You will be responsible for maintaining the exterior of the yacht to the highest standards, assisting with docking and undocking procedures, tender operations, and ensuring the overall safety and security of the vessel. You will work closely with a professional and dynamic crew, where teamwork and communication are key.
Requirements + Responsibilities
· Yacht Master Offshore in hand
· Proven charter experience
· Confident in tender driving
· Exterior maintenance, including cleaning, polishing, varnishing & detailing
· Assisting with mooring, anchoring, and watch duties
· Supporting the team in all aspects of daily yacht operations
· Proactive mindset
· Hardworking and outgoing
Start date: ASAP
Location: Europe
Salary: EUR 3000
Leave: 38 days (possibly more in off season to study)
Vessel currently based in the Med, and for sale. Med charter season is planned followed by period at the end of the year.
