Requirements:
Passport valid for at least 6 months
STCW + refresher
ENG1 or current fit for duty marine medical (valid for 6 months)
Responsibilities: Strong charter experience. Full interior maintenance, service, cocktail/mixology. High standards of guest services. Attention to details, housekeeping and detailing, guest laundry, provisioning and stock control, turn ups and turn downs, table setting, party/event hosting, cooking.
Good disposition
Strong work ethic and reliable
Cooking skills are a huge plus
Crew are responsible for the 2 vessels a 75' and a 50' that travel separately. If needed they hired a freelance captain for the 50'.
It runs with 3 full time crew, captain/engineer, mate and sole stew. They freelance a chef for long trips and charters.
Program: Private and charter, they do daily and some weekend charters. Overnight trips as well. Usually 3-4 days charters. Up to 25 guest for day charters and 7 guest during overnight trips.
Owner and his family use the boat some days per month. There will be some kids onboard.
Crew quarters: room with 3 single beds.
Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines depending on your past experience and compensation.
Package: to be finalized during interview process.
Commercial Registered Yacht: YES, Under 100GT.
