Summary
TYS is seeking a professional and energetic 2nd Stewardess to join a highly successful, Med-based program. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate looking for a great environment with a close-knit crew that feels more like a family.
The Chief Stewardess has been with the program since 2019 and is looking for a right-hand woman to help lead a team of three. This role is perfect for a strong 3rd Stewardess from a larger vessel looking to step up or an experienced 2nd Stew who thrives in a busy, high-standard environment.
The Role
The yacht maintains an active Med season (typically May – October), concluding with a repeat charter in late September. You will be supporting a very hands-on Chief Stew who is committed to mentorship.
- Service & Housekeeping: Full involvement in all interior departments, with a focus on running a high-standard breakfast service (all stews rotate through duties).
- The Owners: American owners who are active and lovely. They enjoy Silver Service and have high expectations for service, but are genuinely kind people.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who has a few years in the industry and who is ready to commit to at least 1–2 years. Longevity is a core value for this crew.
- Experience: 2+ years in the industry. Experience on larger boats as a 3rd Stew is welcomed.
- Skills: Strong Silver Service skills and high attention to detail.

- Contract: Permanent

- Leave: 44 Days per annum
- Location: Home port in Antibes, France
- Start Date: Ideally by April to be ready for the May 1st season start.
