Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bosun to join our team aboard a 76m motor yacht based in Singapore. The vessel is currently in the shipyard for a refit, to be operational in the next few months. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the deck crew, ensuring the maintenance and cleanliness of the vessel, and assisting with navigation and safety procedures. You will play a key role in managing deck operations, including mooring, anchoring, and maintenance tasks, while adhering to safety protocols and best practices. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a similar role with with strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills. A thorough understanding of yacht operations and maintenance, as well as relevant certifications, along with strong tender driving skills is essential. This rotational position offers the opportunity to work on a vessel with a worldwide cruising itinerary, contributing to a dedicated team committed to high standards of service and safety.
