Summary
We are interviewing for a Chef for a 61m yacht currently located in France. This is a Kosher boat, so the ideal candidate will have kosher experience, or be willing to learn and adhere to kosher standards at a minimum. We are looking for someone who can fit in with our group, work hard, stay positive and rock it. Candidate must be good with guests and owners and polite and professional. He/she must also be able to liaise with the Chief Stew seamlessly. We aren’t looking for the next Iron Chef, just someone who wants a steady position with a good program. Owners are casual, so no silver service or fancy plating required. At the moment the boat is between seasons, so there is one chef. Once the season ramps up and we get guests on in a month or two, there will be a second chef. We offer competitive salary, paid holiday, flight allowance, medical and dental insurance, and opportunity for classes after a year. Salary is based on experience and performance, with potential for a raise after 90 days and again after 1 year.
