Salary: Approx. AUD $5,300/month (DOE)
Hill Maritime Group is seeking a motivated Deckhand to join a 44m motor yacht with an active charter program. This role will begin as a temporary position, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate who fits well with the crew and onboard culture.
The yacht currently has a very fitness-focused team onboard, so we are looking for someone who genuinely lives an active and healthy lifestyle and will contribute positively to the crew dynamic.
Key Requirements:
- Previous yachting experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a busy charter environment
- Fitness-oriented lifestyle and team mindset
- Engineering or trade background highly desirable
- Good references and professional presentation
