Salary: USD $8,500/month + tips (DOE)

Hill Maritime Group (HMG) is recruiting for an experienced Y3 Engineer to join a well-run 46m motor yacht operating a mixed private/charter program.

Requirements:

• Y3 Engineering qualification (or higher)
• B1B2 and Schengen Visa’s as required
• Proven longevity in previous roles (minimum 2 years per position preferred)
• Excellent, verifiable references
• Strong hands-on engineering ability
• Excellent record keeping and maintenance management skills
• Team-focused with a positive, can-do attitude

The Role:

You will be joining a professional and established crew, supporting the safe and efficient operation of the vessel’s engineering department. The program includes a mix of private use and select charters, so flexibility and high standards of presentation and performance are essential.

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Engineering Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• RIII/3 Y3 Chief Engineer (<500gt <3000kW)/ Chief Engineer (SV) (<500gt 3000kW)
