Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Deckhand to join a 70m+ private, single-season yacht based in the Mediterranean. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow, learn and further develop their deck skills within a reputable program known for its strong crew culture and supportive owners. The vessel runs with a sociable, active team and offers a solid platform for progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out all exterior upkeep, including wash downs, polishing, teak care, painting, varnishing and general maintaince
- Operate and maintain tenders and water sports equipment as required
- Support guest operations, including water sports setup, beach arrangements and tender trips
- Ensure all deck equipment is cleaned, stored and maintained to the highest of standard
- Contribute to daily deck operations, maintaining and tide and guest-ready exterior at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum of one season’s experience working on deck
- Strong enthusiasm to learn, progress and take direction well
- Solid work ethic, reliability and positive attitude toward team dynamic
- Ability to integrate well into a sociable, active and professional crew
Package:
