Summary
Reiya Group is seeking a Deckhand to join a 70m+ private, Med-based yacht. This is a reputable and professionally run vessel with a solid crew team and structured program, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking stability, learning opportunities and long-term growth within the yachting industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily deck operations and exterior maintenance
- Washdowns, detailing, polishing and general upkeep of the yacht
- Support docking, anchoring and mooring operations
- Assist with tender operations and guest transfers
- Operate and maintain deck equipment and safety gear
- Follow safety procedures, vessel policies and operational standards
- Support the deck team during guest trips and busy periods
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation on deck
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of yachting experience as a Deckhand
- Yachtmaster preferred (or working towards)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Professional, positive and team-focused attitude
- Available to start as soon as possible
Package:
- Salary: Dependent on experience
- Rotation: 3:1
