Summary
We are seeking a Junior Housekeeping Steward/ess, with minimum 2 season´s experience, to join a well-established private 85m+ motor yacht.
Our ideal candidate is organised, efficient and an excellent communicator, with a genuine passion for housekeeping and a strong eye for detail. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, maintaining consistently high standards at all times. We are looking for a discreet, professional, hardworking and friendly individual with a warm, positive and approachable manner.
There are nine crew members within the interior team, and many of the crew have been with the owner for several years, reflecting excellent crew retention and a positive onboard culture.
We are looking for someone who brings a positive, upbeat and outgoing personality, with a natural sense of humour and team spirit. The crew onboard are professional, down-to-earth and level-headed, with a strong focus on maintaining a respectful and drama-free working environment. This is not a party boat; the team values a healthy, active lifestyle, and during quieter periods enjoys organising social activities, weekly BBQs and exploring new destinations.
This position would suit a candidate looking to join a professionally run motor yacht with a well-structured itinerary, a supportive owner, and a highly regarded Captains and crew.

Required Documents/Certificates: STCW, ENG1, PDSD, Food & Hygiene Level 2.
Requirements for application: Min 2 seasons' experience in Housekeeping on a MY with proven longevity and good verifiable references.
Salary: 3,000 DOE
