Summary
We are seeking an experienced, bright and enthusiastic Steward(ess)/Masseuse to join an 80m+ Private M/Y.
Our candidate must have minimum 2 years’ experience working on a yacht in a similar role.
Our ideal candidate is confident and dynamic in interacting with guests of all levels, has excellent massage skills and manicure and pedicures, confident in facial treatments and in performing basic blow dry straight and wavy hair. Being detail orientated and pro-active, you will see a job through and prioritise effectively to ensure the highest standards are met. A candidate that is eagle eyed and eager to learn and grow as a stewardess.
You will be responsible for maintaining the onboard spa facilities, including the spa room, ensuring it always remains organized and immaculate. Additionally, you will assist the housekeeping department. Your role will be divided as follows: 30% SPA/massage services and 70% housekeeping duties when the guests are onboard, 100% Housekeeping when there are no guests onboard.
Many of the crew onboard have worked for the owner for a long time, so crew retention is HIGH.
This role will best suit a candidate who would like to be part of an exceptional crew that have worked for the owner for many years, half of the team have been on board for 5+ years, an easy-going, friendly and caring candidate with a good sense of humour, that works hard with a smile on her face.

Summer season in the Mediterranean and winter season TBC.

Requirements for application: Min 2 years’ experience in a similar role on a MY, good verifiable references, proven longevity, Massage qualifications, Manicure and pedicure are essential, confident in facial treatments and performing basic hair dry straightening and waves.
