We are seeking an experienced Second Stewardess to join a 65m private, single season yacht on a permanent 2:2 rotation. The vessel has an excellent reputation for crew longevity and positive team culture, with long-standing senior crew onboard.
Working within an interior team of seven, the Second Stewardess will support the Chief Stewardess, assist with training junior crew, and help maintain high standards across service, housekeeping, and laundry. Service is mainly relaxed, though formal and silver service knowledge is required.
Candidate Profile:
- 3–4 years’ industry experience
- Current 3rd Stewardess on a similar-sized yacht or 2nd on a smaller vessel
- Confident across all interior departments
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Positive team player with a professional attitude
