Our client is seeking an experienced Sole Chef to join a busy 50m charter motor yacht operating in the Mediterranean for the 2026 season.
This is a well-run vessel with a supportive Captain and an active charter calendar ahead. The role would suit a confident and organised chef who thrives in a fast-paced charter environment and is comfortable managing the galley independently.
Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience as Sole Chef or Head Chef on a 50m+ charter vessel
- Strong charter background with the ability to deliver high standards under pressure
- Excellent provisioning and galley management skills
- Adaptable, professional, and calm in a busy service environment
This is currently offered as a single-season position, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
