We are seeking an experienced Second Stewardess to join a well-established yacht on a permanent 2:2 rotation.

The Role:
Working within an interior team of seven, the successful candidate will play a key leadership role supporting the Chief Stewardess, assisting with training and development of junior crew, and helping to maintain high operational standards throughout a large interior (1507GT).
Service onboard is primarily relaxed, though a solid understanding of formal and silver service is required when needed. Strong organisational skills and the ability to lead by example are essential.
Candidate Profile:
- 3–4 years’ industry experience
- Currently a 3rd Stewardess on a similar-sized vessel or a 2nd Stewardess on a smaller yacht looking to step up
- Confident in service, housekeeping, and laundry operations
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Professional, personable, and a positive team contributor
The vessel has an outstanding reputation for crew longevity — with senior members onboard for several years (Captain of 7 years, Chief Stewardess of 5 years), reflecting the stability and supportive environment offered.
