We are recruiting an experienced Head of Housekeeping for a busy private and charter motor yacht with a strong charter schedule and an excellent onboard reputation.
This is a hands-on role for a confident leader who enjoys running a department, maintaining high standards, and being guest-facing when required. The yacht offers a professional yet social crew environment, supportive ownership, and a well-structured interior team.
The Role:
• Lead and manage the housekeeping team
• Oversee daily operations both on and off charter
• Maintain exceptional standards throughout guest and crew areas
• Uniform management, ordering and inventory
• SOPs, supplies and creative turndown gifts
• Hands-on housekeeping as needed
About You:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Head of Housekeeping
• Background on busy private & charter yachts
• Outgoing, personable and confident with guests
• Organised, proactive and standards-driven
• Strong team leader and communicator
