A high profile 50m private/charter Expedition MY is in urgent need for a Male head chef to join them on a guest trip in Fiji
The chef will cook for 10-12 guests and will have a Sous chef taking care of crew.
The yacht is open to a temp chef for a 4-week contract or for a permanent position.
The vessel will be cruising the South Pacific and has a world cruising itinerary.
Guest preference sheets are available for the chef to get acquainted with and the vessel uses a local agent in Fiji to assist with provisioning requests.
The Ideal Candidate
· Head chef experience on vessels 40m+
· Diverse culinary repertoire
· Charter experience (preferred)
· STCW, ENG 1
· Valid passport
· Preferably an Aus or NZ visa / passport for future travel
· Located in the Aus / NZ region for joining
Start: ASAP (Urgent) flyout immediately
Salary: $10,000 US / month DOE
Leave: 60 days / year
Contract: 4 weeks or Fulltime
