A 34m private classic motor yacht is seeking an experienced female chef to join the vessel for the upcoming Mediterranean season (female required due to cabin arrangements).
Contract: 1 April- End of September
Cruising Area: Balearics, Sardinia & South of France
The Role
We are looking for a talented, well-rounded chef with a strong foundation in authentic Mediterranean cuisine, while also being comfortable preparing a variety of international dishes.
The owners enjoy balanced, flavourful meals that are elegant but not overcomplicated, with an emphasis on fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced produce. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating homemade elements such as breads, pasta, ice cream, granola, and similar items that elevate simple dishes.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and prepare market-driven menus that adapt to seasonal and local ingredients
• Cater for 2–5 guests on average, with occasional short periods of up to 12 guests
• Prepare healthy, satisfying meals for a crew of 5
• Deliver both casual family-style dining and refined plated dinners
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficiently run galley
• Be flexible and able to adapt menus at short notice or accommodate dietary requirements
• Work confidently across a range of cooking techniques and cuisines

• Strong all-round culinary skills with a calm, organised working style
• Confident running a modern, well-equipped galley independently
• Able to maintain high standards while keeping food simple, elegant, and flavour-focused
Package
• Salary: €5,500- €7,000 per month (DOE)
• Contract: MCA contract through Malta
• Trial Period: 1 month
• Working Schedule:
- 5-day working week when guests are not on board
- 7-day working week during guest trips
