Chief Stewardess Required – 32m Private Motor Yacht | Western Mediterranean
We are currently seeking an experienced, highly polished Chief Stewardess to join a 32m private motor yacht for a 6-month Western Mediterranean season. The yacht hosts between 2–6 guests and operates to an exceptional private standard.
Start date: 1st April 2026
Salary €4,000-€5,000 DOE

Candidate Profile
- Previous experience as a Chief Stewardess or strong senior interior background
- Outstanding service skills with a luxury hospitality foundation
- Meticulous attention to detail across service, housekeeping, and presentation
- Confident leader capable of training, mentoring, and motivating interior crew
- Highly organised, proactive, and composed under pressure
- Impeccable presentation and professional demeanour
- Discreet, trustworthy, and well suited to a private ownership programme
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the interior to five-star private yacht standards
- Provide tailored, intuitive service to owner and guests
- Maintain an immaculate interior at all times
- Work closely with the Captain, Chef, and Deck team to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold all operational procedures and safety standards onboard
