Experienced 2nd Steward (Male) – 75m Private Motor Yacht
We are seeking an experienced 2nd Steward / Service Steward to join a 75m private motor yacht on a full-time, non-rotational contract.
This is a private, single-season Mediterranean yacht with an interior team of six (3 service, 3 housekeeping). The vessel is based in Barcelona from April to late September/October, cruising the Western Mediterranean in summer, and wintering in Malta. British Captain and a multinational crew with a positive working dynamic and good camaraderie.
The Role
The ideal candidate will have proven longevity in rank, strong formal service skills and solid interior administration experience. You will support the Chief Steward while maintaining high service standards onboard.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Confident in guest-facing service
- Calm under pressure and able to multitask
- A genuine team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Immediate start preferred – joining in Malta.
Requirements
- All STCW certificates in date
- Valid ENG1
- Food Hygiene Level II
- PDSD
- Strong command of English
- Driving licence desirable
- Excellent verifiable references
- No visible tattoos
