The Itinerary
- Current Location: Caribbean
- Summer Season: French Polynesia (Charters already confirmed)
The Role
Working within an interior team of four, you will be a versatile all-rounder. The program balances a very busy charter schedule with a sophisticated, high-profile Owner who appreciates a refined yet uncomplicated service style.
- Service: Confident in guest-facing roles, including mixology and high-end service.
- Housekeeping: Proactive and meticulous, happy to work through intense cabin turnarounds
The Ideal Candidate
The crew dynamic is mature, low-key, and active. They enjoy exploring ports, fitness (pilates/hiking), and sharing "foodie" experiences.
- Experience: 1–2 solid seasons on 50m+ vessels, ideally with some charter experience.
- Attributes: Self-sufficient, resilient, and professional. A candidate who has explored other career paths and is now intentionally pursuing a long-term career in yachting. Someone who values a supportive interior relationship and brings a warm, "can-do" energy to the team.
- Qualifications: STCW, ENG1, and B1/B2 Visa in hand (Non-negotiable).
Package
- Salary: Industry competitive (DOE).
- Leave: 42 Days per year.
