Summary
We are currently seeking a Seasonal Sole Chef to join a 35m+ Single Season Charter Motor Yacht.
This role is based in Europe and offers the unique opportunity to create exquisite dishes for discerning guests on a stunning yacht. The Sole Chef will be responsible for planning menus, sourcing ingredients, and preparing meals that meet the highest culinary standards. Your expertise will be essential in providing an exceptional dining experience, ensuring that guests enjoy a delightful culinary journey throughout their journey on the sea.
Start Date: Mid to end of April
Candidate requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sole Chef
- Strong understanding of dietary restrictions and the ability to create tailored menus.
- Extensive knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage inventory.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a small, close-knit team and contribute to a positive onboard atmosphere.
- Willingness to travel and work in a seasonal capacity.
- Valid STCW and ENG1.
- Food Hygiene lvl 2 or Ships Cook Certificate.
