Summary
We are currently looking for a experienced Permanent Chief Stewardess for a 45m Charter Motor yacht with light owner usage.
This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of interior service, housekeeping, and the overall guest experience on board. The Chief Stewardess ensures the highest standards of presentation, professionalism, and service are maintained at all times.
The successful candidate will lead and manage an interior team of three, coordinate all guest services, and ensure the vessel is kept in immaculate condition. This position requires someone highly organised and detail-oriented, capable of handling complex logistics while remaining calm and confident in front of guests. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment is essential. This is an extremely busy charter yacht, operating 100+ charter days throughout the season. It is a demanding role that calls for a mature, level-headed professional who can run their department independently and efficiently.
In addition to managing the interior, the Chief Stewardess will uphold safety procedures and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the yacht during the charter season, which runs from late spring through early autumn.

Candidate requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chief Stew onboard yachts
- Strong understanding of housekeeping, service and admin
- Excellent leadership abilities with skills to manage and motivate a team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to enhance guest experience
- Familiarity with safety and emergency procedures on yachts
- Strong organisational skills with ability to multitask efficiently
- Food Hygiene Level 2
- Valid STCW and ENG1
- Admin proficient and capable of managing crew schedules and reports
- Well-liked by guests, with a professional and career-minded attitude
- Technical-minded with the ability to maintain vessel interior and oversee housekeeping
- Ability to share accommodation - 2 in a cabin (4 sharing a bathroom)
