Requirements: valid STCW95 and Biennale.
We are looking for a motivated 1st Mate for this 40+mt Private MY, preferably at their first or early experience in the role.
The candidate must demonstrate operational deck management experience, strong hands-on attitude, and the ability to manage and coordinate 2 deckhands. Experience in exterior maintenance and tender operations, bridge watches both at anchor and underway, safety on board, and driving/handling of the yacht’s tender is required.

Job Specifics: Male only due to cabin arrangement. Due to geographical restriction candidates in the area will be considered first.
Salary: from €3,500 + 13th and 14th. DOE
