Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic, reliable, and well-presented Deckhand to join this 60m Private M/Y.
The ideal candidate will have at least a couple of seasons of experience on similar-sized yachts and be confident in all deck operations, including tender driving, mooring, anchoring, wash-downs, polishing, and general maintenance. The right candidate will be a strong team player maintaining high standards across daily deck duties.
A positive attitude, flexibility, and a proactive approach are essential, as the role requires adaptability between private and charter expectations. Good presentation and strong attention to detail are key, along with the ability to follow instructions, uphold safety standards, and remain professional and guest-focused at all times.
