We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Deckhand to join a 100m+ private motor yacht currently based in Germany and preparing for operational deployment.
This is an opportunity to join a structured large-yacht program with long-term stability and clear operational standards.
Key Requirements
- Currently located in Germany (or able to relocate immediately)
- Available to start ASAP
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience on 60m+ yachts (100m+ preferred)
- Valid STCW certificates
- Strong understanding of exterior maintenance and deck operations
- Confident in mooring operations and general seamanship
- Fluent English
Nice to Have
- Carpentry skills (teak repair, woodwork, varnish, minor joinery)
- Tender driving experience
- Powerboat Level 2
