Summary
We are seeking an experienced Bosun (Rotational) to join a 100m+ motor yacht operating with a charter program and worldwide cruising.
This is a senior deck role with a strong watersports / toys focus, responsible for leading daily deck operations, maintaining exterior standards, and delivering safe, guest-ready watersports experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day deck operations and supervise the deck team
- Take ownership of watersports / toys operations: safe setup, launch/recovery, checks, guest briefings, and maintenance
- Drive high standards across tenders, PWCs, inflatables, and deck equipment presentation
- Support mooring, anchoring, and tender operations with clear comms and discipline
- Maintain deck storerooms, inventory control, and consumables requests via Chief Officer
- Ensure safety readiness: PPE, pre-use checks, basic drills support, incident reporting
- Keep exterior areas guest-ready (teak care, washdowns, polishing) with an efficient team plan
Requirements
- Proven Bosun experience on yachts 70m+ (charter exposure preferred)
- Strong background in tenders + watersports / toys (hands-on, safety-first)
- Confident leadership style; able to train and drive standards
- Solid seamanship and deck ops experience (mooring/anchoring)
- Fluent English; valid STCW + ENG1
