Seeking an experienced 2nd Stew for a busy charter yacht based in Mexico
This is a 50m commercially registered yacht with both charter and owner usage. The program has excellent crew longevity. The current Chief Stew is retiring, and the existing 2nd Stew is stepping up after three successful years onboard in the role.
The owner’s much larger, Mediterranean-based yacht is his primary vessel. This 50m is the yacht he charters, alongside some owner usage.
The incoming Chief Stew is looking for a strong, service-focused 2nd Stew who can confidently support her in delivering high standards. It is equally important that the successful candidate can train and mentor the 3rd Stew — someone who enjoys teaching, leads by example, and is a well-rounded interior professional with solid housekeeping and service skills.
This role would suit someone seeking longevity rather than a single season, as long-term commitment is key to the continued success of the program.
International crew onboard.
Captain and Chief Engineer operate on rotation.
