101ft Motor Yacht – Sole Stewardess Position – OPEN TO COUPLES (Chef or Mate)
A 101ft motor yacht is seeking an experienced Sole Stewardess to join a busy and well-established charter program. This position is not open to green crew.
The yacht runs a minimum of 12 charters per season and has many long-standing repeat charter clients. The vessel operates year-round in the Bahamas, with an annual yard period in Florida.
The owners are wonderful, generous, and outgoing, and they genuinely care about their yacht and crew, creating a positive and professional onboard environment.
This role is open to a couple, in partnership with a Chef or Mate.
Requirements:
Proven charter stewardess experience (sole stew experience preferred)
Strong service skills with confidence in both formal and relaxed charter settings
Excellent housekeeping and laundry standards
Ability to manage interior operations independently
Strong organization and time-management skills
Experience with provisioning and guest preference management
Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation charter program
