M/Y 127ft is seeking a full-time Captain to lead the operation of a 127ft US-flagged motor yacht and build a professional crew team.
This is a private yacht with a structured program cruising the U.S. East Coast from Miami to Maine. The role is best suited for a Captain who enjoys running a well-organized yacht, delivering excellent owner experiences, and leading a strong crew.
Responsibilities
- Overall command and safe operation of the vessel
- Build and manage a full professional crew
- Plan and execute seasonal cruising itineraries
- Ensure the yacht is maintained to high standards
- Manage safety, compliance, and operational procedures
- Deliver a thoughtful and comfortable experience for the owners
- Operate with awareness of weather and guest considerations
- Oversee tender operations

Requirements
- USCG Master 500GT or higher
- Strong experience in Northeast U.S. cruising waters
- Proven leadership managing yacht crew
