Summary

We are seeking a Lead Service Steward/ess with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience on a 75m+ MY to join a well-established, highly reputable Private 85m+ MY.


Our ideal candidate is confident in interacting with guests of all levels, has excellent service skills and a confident refinement in the service they provide. We are looking for an organized and efficient candidate, good with juggling a lot of things at the same time, a great communicator, with excellent problem-solving skills, driven and loves to provide the highest level of service. You are detail-oriented and proactive, ensuring jobs are completed to the highest standards.


As this is a high-profile vessel with distinguished clientele, we are looking for a discreet, professional, hardworking and friendly individual with a warm, positive and approachable manner.


There are nine crew members within the interior team, and many of the crew have been with the owner for several years, reflecting excellent crew retention and a positive onboard culture.


We are looking for someone who brings a positive, upbeat and outgoing personality, with a natural sense of humour and team spirit. The crew onboard are professional, down-to-earth and level-headed, with a strong focus on maintaining a respectful and drama-free working environment. This is not a party boat; the team values a healthy, active lifestyle, and during quieter periods enjoys organising social activities, weekly BBQs and exploring new destinations.


This position would suit a candidate looking to join a professionally run MY with a well-structured itinerary, a supportive owner, lovely Captains and crew, on a beautiful vessel.

About the program: MED/TBC


Required Documents/Certificates: STCW, ENG1, PDSD, Food & Hygiene Level 2, other qualifications are beneficial.


Requirements for application: Preferably 2-3 years' experience on a 70m+ MY, Silver Service, Wine and Cocktail knowledge, Table décor, great communicator, Good verifiable references, A true No-Smoker/ No-Vaping
