Mate/ Engineer – 30m Performance Sailing Yacht
Start Date: End of March | Location: Saint Martin → Mediterranean crossing
A stunning 30m commercially registered sailing yacht is seeking a hands-on Mate/Engineer to join their team of four crew.
This is a dynamic and involved role suited to a confident candidate with a couple of solid years’ experience. The yacht runs relatively simple systems, but the position is very hands-on and requires someone who is interested in engineering. You will be fully involved in day-to-day operations and especially active during sailing days — including deliveries, racing, regattas and manoeuvres.
The vessel has an exciting season ahead with confirmed charters, regatta participation, and a crossing to the Mediterranean. The crew are active, fit and passionate about sailing, so we are looking for someone who shares a similar mindset and prioritises a healthy, energetic lifestyle.
