Summary
We are seeking a motivated and career-driven 2nd Officer to join a 60m dual season private/charter yacht currently based in Florida. The vessel is presently listed for sale; however, should she remain with the current ownership, she will operate a charter program in the Bahamas and surrounding cruising grounds.
The ideal candidate will hold a valid OOW, have strong tender driving experience, and be fully familiar with ISM/ISPS regulations, bridge procedures, and watch keeping standards. This is a hands-on position operating on an 80% deck / 20% bridge split, so you must be confident leading deck operations while maintaining high bridge standards.
This role would particularly suit a newly qualified OOW who is ready to step up, take ownership of responsibilities, and continue developing within a supportive and professional program. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and guest-focused mindset are essential.
