Summary
Experienced Female Chef
• Start date: 27 March
• Salary: Up to 11000 USD DOE
• Vessel: New build support vessel
• Leave: 30 days during build and Med season, then 90 days per year from September/October
This role requires an experienced yacht chef confident in setting up and running a galley from build stage through to full operation. You will be responsible for establishing galley systems, menu development, smart provisioning and delivering high level guest and crew dining. The ideal candidate is organized, financially aware and able to work independently while maintaining excellent standards of quality, consistency and hygiene.
