Summary
We are currently seeking a Crew Chef for a dual-season, busy 55m charter yacht. This role would suit either an experienced land-based chef looking to transition into yachting, or a current crew chef seeking a charter position ahead of a busy Mediterranean season.
Start Date: 26 April (exact date dependent on the vessel’s crossing from the Caribbean)

Candidate Requirements:
- Fluent English speaker
- Professional culinary training with solid restaurant experience
- Food Safety & Hygiene Level 3 certification
- Full driving licence
- Strong knowledge of global cuisines and dietary requirements
- Ability to plan and cost crew menus
- Experience with pastries and desserts
Key Responsibilities:
- Crew Meals: Preparing balanced, family-style crew meals (lunch and dinner).
- Guest Meal Assistance: Supporting the Head Chef with guest meals and service, particularly desserts and pastry.
- Provisioning: Preparing shopping lists and sourcing ingredients locally and through provisioning agents during busy charter periods.
- Galley Standards: Working alongside the Head Chef to maintain cleanliness and inspection readiness.
- Budget & Accounts: Assisting with tracking galley-related crew expenses and working within the allocated crew budget.
