Summary
Position: Crew Chef – 70m Charter Vessel
We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and capable Crew Chef to join a very busy charter yacht. This is a great opportunity to work alongside a talented and long-standing Head Chefs in a dynamic, professional galley environment.
Experience Required:
- At least one full season onboard a yacht, or solid land-based experience in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
- Must be ready to hit the ground running – all documents and certificates in hand, including valid visas where required.
Qualifications:
- STCW 95
- ENG1
- Food & Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 or higher)
- Schengen Visa (if your passport requires it)
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 1 season of yachting experience
- Confident in all areas of cooking, especially crew food
- Strong understanding of provisioning and galley organization
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage time constraints
- Well-prepared crew menu portfolio including:
- Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner menus
- Buffet-style options
- Bonus: Experience with baking and dessert prep
You'll be assisting the Head Chef with guest food and stepping in where needed. This role requires great communication, solid time management, and the ability to plan and structure your day effectively.
Start: Med season April
Contract: Permanent.
