The Candidate Specification
We are seeking a 2nd Engineer to join a 50m+ charter yacht operating in the Mediterranean. This role is suitable for candidates with a commercial or charter background, who are confident working alongside guests and supporting all engineering operations onboard.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and operating the yacht's engineering systems to the highest standard, ensuring safety, reliability, and smooth operation during both guest and crew periods. The candidate must be proactive, organised, and capable of integrating seamlessly into the engineering team. Experience with charter operations is essential to ensure smooth interaction with guests.
