The Candidate Specification
We are seeking a motivated and professional male Deckhand to join a prestigious 80m+ private motor yacht at the end of March, joining in the Caribbean. This is a dual-season program offering a 3:1 rotation and a salary dependent on experience. It's an exciting opportunity for a deckhand with around one year of experience who is eager to build on their foundation and gain excellent all-round exposure on a large yacht.

Additional skills would be highly desirable, particularly in areas such as kitesurfing, watersports, drone operation, or video editing. These extra talents would be a fantastic asset to the program and add value to the guest experience.
