Summary
We are seeking a qualified Captain/Engineer to oversee the operations of a 33m motor yacht based in Monaco, primarily serving a private family and commercial charters year-round. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe navigation and operation of the vessel, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations and maintenance standards. Daily responsibilities will include managing the crew of four, conducting inspections, and performing engineering duties to maintain optimal vessel performance. The ideal candidate will possess relevant certifications, a strong background in both deck and engineering, and proven experience in a similar role. Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential. This is a permanent position with a focus on local area cruising, offering an immediate start for the right individual. Salary of EUR 8,500 is on offer with 42 days leave.
