The Candidate Specification
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Deckhand to join a 50m+ private and light charter yacht. This role is ideal for an energetic candidate with at least 1 year of yachting experience who is keen to learn, develop, and contribute actively to all deck operations.
The successful candidate will assist with daily deck maintenance, wash-downs, tender operations, and general support for the deck team. A positive attitude, willingness to work hard, and the ability to integrate into a professional crew environment are essential.
