The Candidate Specification
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Stewardess to join a 78m private yacht with a worldwide cruising programme. The yacht is currently completing a shipyard period in Savannah and preparing for an active schedule ahead.
This role is ideal for a stewardess with a minimum of one year's experience who leads a fit and active lifestyle. The programme involves guest interaction beyond traditional service, including participation in running, hiking, cycling, and other activities, so a high level of personal fitness is essential.
The successful candidate must present impeccably under pressure, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and integrate seamlessly into a professional and motivated interior team. A proactive and adaptable approach is key, as the role involves rotating through interior duties including housekeeping, service, laundry support, and guest care.
