The Candidate Specification
We are seeking a male Deckhand to join a 80M+ private and charter yacht. The ideal candidate will hold a Yacht Rating certificate or higher and must have previous experience working on a similar-sized vessel. We're looking for someone who is switched-on, hardworking, and eager to grow within a professional deck team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a competent and motivated Deckhand to join a well-run yacht. You'll be joining before the charters, allowing you to integrate with the crew and gain familiarity with the vessel. The successful candidate should have a solid foundation in deck operations and be comfortable working as part of a dynamic team. You can take unpaid leave during the winter.
