Summary
We are looking for a First Mate for a 30m+ Private M/Y.
-Permanent position to start the beginning of March in Croatia.
-Itinerary: Cruising the Mediterranean for the summer.
-Qualifications: Minimum YM 200 in hand.
-Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years experience on similar sized vessels.
-This role requires someone hands on, adaptable and comfortable working within a small crew dynamic and leading the deck/stew.
-Strong tender driving and water sports experience preferred.
-Total of 5 mixed nationality crew onboard.
-Should be fluent in English. Spanish speaking is advantageous.
-Non-smoking vessel.
Salary DOE with a standard MLC SEA.
