Summary
We are looking for a Temporary Chef for a 30m+ Private/Charter M/Y.
-Temporary position to start on the 1st of March until the 21st of March in Florida.
-Itinerary - Cruising Florida and Bahamas.
-Candidates should have a broad range of cuisines, including Asian, Fusion and Mediterranean, with an elevated cooking style. Michelin level or fine dining restaurant experience strongly preferred.
-There will be the opportunity for repeat Freelance work for the successful candidate if they like.
-Non-smoking vessel and no visible tattoos
-Total of 5 mixed nationality crew onboard.
-The candidate should be fluent in English
-Preference will be given to local candidates.
-B1/B2 is essential.
Salary DOE with a standard MLC SEA
