Worthy Management is seeking a Deckhand for a stunning 110’ yacht built by Delta Marine — a truly special private program based primarily in the Bahamas.
This is not your average deckhand role. This is a waterman’s dream.
The Program
- Private family-owned vessel
- Active sport fishing program
- Heavy emphasis on fishing, spearfishing & free diving
- Low usage schedule with generous downtime
- Extensive Bahamas cruising
- Crew of 5 (excellent crew-to-boat ratio)

The family is lovely, adventurous, and very water-oriented. They spend quality time onboard and create a positive, enjoyable atmosphere for crew. This is a program where you can work hard, be appreciated, and still have the opportunity to explore and enjoy the islands.

Ideal Candidate
- American (must be eligible to work in the U.S.)
- Strong fishing background preferred
- Comfortable with spearfishing and free diving operations
- Hands-on, positive, team player
- Professional but relaxed demeanor
- Someone who truly enjoys the water lifestyle
This role may also be paired with a Sole Stew position for the right American couple.
