We are seeking an exceptional Captain for a brand-new Benetti Oasis—a stunning new-build yacht preparing for her first Mediterranean season. This is a rare opportunity to take the helm of a beautifully designed vessel with a supportive ownership structure and an international, professional crew already in place.
Position Details

- Program: Private with light charter
- Location: Mediterranean – single season
- Start Date: ASAP – ready to hit the ground running
- Crew: International, established team
- Contract: MLC compliant
- Leave: 40 days per year

Key Requirements
- Proven command experience on similar-size yachts (private and/or charter)
- Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cruising grounds, including hidden gems and off-the-beaten-path destinations
- Excellent owner and guest communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership with high crew retention and morale
- Impeccable safety and compliance record
- Financial awareness and ability to manage budgets and reporting
