We are looking for an experienced Bosun to join a Med-based 40m private and charter yacht

Someone with similar or strong deckhand experience ready to step up
Previous experience on yachts of similar size, minimum of 2 full seasons
Yachtmaster Offshore, PWC advantageous
Professional, committed, and looking for a long-term role
Leadership skills required to run a deck effectively
Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements
Vessel currently in Italy, home port Monaco
9 crew, Maltese flag
Contract: Permanent
Experience: 2 Years+
