The Sous Chef will work closely with the Head Chef and play a key role in the daily operation of the galley, with particular responsibility for healthy, well-balanced crew meals
Seeking candidates who are passionate about nutritious cooking, enjoy variety in cuisine, and are adaptable to guest preferences and dietary requirements
Proven experience as a Sous Chef on 60m+ vessels.
Highly hands-on, organized, and proactive in daily galley operations
Strong focus on preparing healthy, flavorful, and varied crew food
Ability to support guest service and assist with menu planning alongside the Head Chef
Flexible, adaptable, and responsive to guest requests and dietary needs
Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and good communication
This role suits a motivated Sous Chef who enjoys being involved in all aspects of the galley and takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality food for both guests and crew
Male only due to cabin arrangements
