We are seeking a dedicated Permanent 2nd Stewardess to join a 45m Motor Yacht operating in the Mediterranean as a Single Season Charter yacht. This role is based in Europe and is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Stewardess looking to enhance their yacht career. The successful candidate will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of the interior department during a light owner's cruise and a heavy charter program, assisting the Chief Stewardess and being part of a interior team of three. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering exceptional service to guests, maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards and supporting overall interior operations to ensure an outstanding onboard experience for all guests. This is a very successful charter vessel that has back to back charters through the summer.
Start Date: Middle March
Candidate requirements:
- Previous experience as a 2nd Stewardess on a motor yacht of similar size (30m-50m)
- Strong knowledge of interior service and housekeeping procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow directions from the Chief Stewardess
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a guest-focused approach to service
- Valid STCW and ENG1 certifications
- Food Hygiene Level 2 certification
Package:
- Salary: €4,000 pcm
